JDN Community Diversity Partnership Networking Meetings
Regularly scheduled networking meetings provide a long-term perspective. These monthly face-to-face meeting opportunities will solidify partnerships, build on best practices and lead to much needed systemic change. Each networking meeting will feature a speaker from a business or service organization who has put into practice diversity-positive hiring processes and retention policies in their workplace.
Through the JDN Community Diversity Partnership we expect to see a more diverse population of job seekers being interviewed, hired and retained in their positions.
Through the JDN Community Diversity Partnership we will experience a community in which all human resources are recognized for their differences, and have unlimited employment opportunities. We expect to see greater:
