Hello Neighbors:

We are inviting you to join our weekend neighborhood garage sales, starting this weekend July 7-11. You can bring your own table, sell your own stuff, free of charge. You cannot bring clothing to sell because that will hurt our sales, but you can sell custom clothing. We will be having it every other week on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. The only requirements are that you sign in to see if space is available anytime after 9 am. We do not have a public restroom but there will be all kinds of honorable people around that can watch your stuff if have to make a visit somewhere. You have to clean up after yourself or you won't be invited back. If it is successful, you might all decide to go in together and order a porta-potty for the next one.

THIS IS A FREE SERVICE WE ARE GIVING TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE ALSO HAVE A BANDSTAND IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO COME ENTERTAIN.

We will be having thousands of pieces of clothing at $1 in the lot and the main store will have everything for $5 on those two days.

We are also starting our online store at clothesbaux.com. You will be able to call and put the item on hold if you want to try it on before buying it. Give us a couple weeks to get a lot of stuff on before you start ordering.

We are also trying to get the neighborhood involved with our at-risk youth. Please ask how you can help and please donate quality stuff for them. They get everything from us "free of charge."

WE ARE HAPPY TO SERVE YOU AND COME PARTIPATE AND LET'S MAKE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD PROFITABLE FOR EVERYONE THAT LIVES IN IT.

Sincerely,

Lea
